Dr Harte has been a Paediatrician on the Coast for over 18 years. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality compassionate care for his young patients.
He is actively engaged with continuing education programs. Dr Harte is also involved with the education of medical students and young doctors.
Dr Harte has been a regional examiner for the assessment of graduating paediatricians in Queensland since 2002.
After finishing medical training at the University of Queensland and an internship Dr Harte trained as a Paediatrician at the Mater Children’s Hospital, the Royal Children’s Hospital (Brisbane) and the Alberta Children’s Hospital (Canada). During this time Dr Harte trained in all aspects of Paediatrics while maintaining a special interest in newborn care.

Dr Harte is a member of the Medical Advisory Committee (Pindara Hospital) as well as a member of the Perinatal Interest Group. He is a member of the Paediatric Advisory Committee at Gold Coast Hospital.
