Matilda Mandic Clinical Psychologist

Matilda Mandic is a Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of experience, specialising in children and adolescents. She is experienced in assessment, diagnosis and the treatment of a wide range of clinical psychology issues (including developmental, behavioural and emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, attentional problems, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, learning difficulties and trauma).

Psychological therapy is tailored to the meet the unique needs of each indidividual client ensuring the best fit. The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework is utilised. We work collaboratively with clients using evidence based practice. 

A wide range of assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services are available to address a range of personal and/or mental health issues aiming to improve the client’s general wellbeing. 

Of the upmost importance is to ensure that each client is supported adequately to:

  • manage their presenting problem in the most effective manner,

  • ensure they are given strategies to manage life's problems

  • increase their independence and confidence in self, and

  • recognise signs to prevent further escalation.

It is our aim to provide a friendly, reliable, and supportive service that caters to the needs of this special client base. Services are provided from birth to 25 years of age, assisting them through life's hurdles and key developmental periods.
