I'm a trauma informed counsellor. My passion lies in helping people navigate through the challenges in their lives, feel empowered and find hope again. I have worked with a range of clients experiencing trauma, mental health challenges, relational conflict, spiritual and cross-cultural challenges. I offer an integrative approach in my therapeutic work to meet your unique individual needs. I incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy including Trauma-informed Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, IFS, Trauma-Informed Expressive Art Therapy, DBT and Somatic Therapy. I bring a gentle, calming and nonjudgemental approach to my clients.
Life can be challenging! Some may want to seek help but they feel uncertain about it or they may feel ashamed to do so. Many dont realise that empathic and nonjudgemental support can go a long way in helping them. You may feel stuck in life struggling to move forward. You may feel like you are losing it no matter how hard you try or you may just be surviving.
