InSight Psychological Services is based in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast in QLD and is owned and operated by Clinical Psychologist, Katarzyna (Kasia) Majtyka.
Kasia has 8 years of Clinical experiance and specializes in the assessment diagnosis and treatment of adolescents aqnd audults with a wide range of mental health needs (e.g., stress, anxiety, trauma, phobias, depression, grief, eating disorders, low self esteem and ohter). She is also recognised by Medicare Australia as a qualified provider of specialist clinical psychology services.
Kasia applies evidence-based practice and tailors therapy to suid the individual needs of each client. Her therapy modes include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based therapies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
